    This is not news. The headline is misleading. They took down an ad-bloated fork of an emulator which is still on the app store. Nobody should find this remarkable in any way except for the fact that Apple actually made the right call for once.

        Since that EU stuff and side loading, I’m pretty sure they relaxed some of the rules

          I don’t think the actual emulator was ever uploaded to the App Store, even with the relaxed rules.

      The fact they’d allowed it was a huge fucking deal, after two decades censoring this sort of thing. Then they finally let through… some ad-infested garbage? Only to delete it later?

    How is this in any way relevant news, if it has nothing to do with being an emulator, but the cause being spam by a rip off? Is that even worth a post?
