I don’t disagree. I worked for an asshole for 20 years and am now self employed, and it’s vastly superior being on your own. But it’s like the difference between throwing and catching one ball versus juggling 5 balls. And sometimes a chainsaw gets thrown in.
Fuck that noise. I fire my “bosses” all the time.
So do I. It doesn’t do away with working to other people’s standards though.
Bosses aren’t really a problem until they form a monopoly or collude into a cartel.
A multitude of independent bosses is always going to be superior to a single boss.
