    I don’t get how anyone can trust those mugs with a tapered base.

    Are you trying to spill your drink as far as you possibly can?

    You just need one finger to catch the edge of the cup, and gravity/momentum will do the rest.

      The orientation of the mug handle to the desk and chair for the picture bothers me regardless.

          Left side of desk for mug then. No reason to cross all that paperwork with a full mug.

          That mug was posed, dare I say it.

      I’ve got a couple of cups like that. The bases are usually very thick which shifts it’s center of gravity lower. It’s not nearly as top heavy as they look
