Maybe you’re new to c/stop drinking and have a hard time deciding what to do next. Maybe you’re like me and feel you need a daily commitment or maybe you’ve been sober for a long time and want to inspire others.
It doesn’t matter if you’re still hung over from a three day bender or been sober for years, if you just woke up or have already completed a sober day. For the next 24 hours, let’s not drink alcohol!

Hell yeah! I need this weekend so bad
I’m going to a housewarming party with some friends today and I will not be drinking there, wish me luck. Just going to have my car keys at the ready so I can jingle them in peoples face if anyone gives me guff. I will not drink with you today!
You’ll be fine! And I hereby give you permission to slip off without saying goodbye if you need to. Just follow up with a note or call saying you had a great time and the host was so busy being fabulous that you didn’t want to interrupt.
If it were me, I would also take my own AF drinks, ones that I like, so I know for sure that I won’t get there and go “nothing to drink, guess I’ll have a glass of wine.”
Ooooh, good call. I might grab some cans of sparkling water or kombucha on the way over
I read that as, “…I would also take my own AS FUCK drinks…” and I was really confused for a second until I realized it was, ‘Alcohol Free’. 🤣

I just got back from a walk with my dog and thinking about how it’s a nice day not to drink.
I’m going to make burritos today.
