Not Minecraft as you know it, no. It would have to be recreated from scratch, and a lot of compromises would have to be made due to the hardware limitations.

You could cheat and just use the framebuffer of these consoles to output the game from a different machine.
But of the listed consoles I think you could get it to work on the PS1 but performance would be rather poor. I’d suggest using the original early version that was free.
