One needs to listen to a neo-nazi to understand them, help them. The problem is that they won’t listen to us because being angry is easier.
Not everyone is open to help. Likewise, you seem to be writing in the abstract. Or what exactly should a jewish or PoC hear when the neo-nazi is talking about their extermination?
I should post a follow-up saying “You don’t have to listen to people that have no intention of listening to you”.
Also, who decides who needs help? Some cases are obvious (neo-nazis), but many aren’t, and the majority of people won’t have enough context or time to make decisions for everything.
I mean, it’s probably better they hear about it before it starts happening. Actually, it’s definitely better we all hear it before it’s starts happening. You know… So we can try to stop it.
