When we moved to Colorado 6 years ago I complained so much about the quality of the pizza my partner took up making pizza from scratch. We now make pizza at home once a week. This is one of my favorites along with pepperoni, Buffalo chicken, and Hawaiian.

Thanks. We splurged this year on an ooni pizza oven. It’s taken some adjustment but definitely gives a better crust than the oven was. I just wish it was bigger and had a door on the front.
