I’ve yet to watch it but I’ve seen some short clips from the movie and I’m loving all the references it makes it other spider-man movies, I saw a compilation of references to Sam Raimi films.

    Phenomenal movie. I want to say why but I won’t spoil it. Just, if you liked the first, you’ll like the second.

    The art style is even better than the first one, which is saying something since that one has pretty much become an art moment with it’s 2d 3d hybrid impact on film and tv.

      I saw the trailer is does look amazing, I really loved the first parts art style, I’ve seen similar style now in music videos.

        Gwen’s universe is my favorite, it’s impressinal and watercolor, so it reflects the emotions in the scene. Every frame is so beautiful, you can see so much love and dedication all throughout painting each frame as a work of art.

    I think it’s absolutely great! Solid 9 out of 10 for me, but will likely go up to 10 out of 10 if beyond the spiderverse pulls off the landing

    I really liked it. Much like Into the Spiderverse the art style really catches the vibe of reading a comic. The expanded cast is also great and got us quite an expansion in the artstyles of different characters. The music is also very good and underlines the tone of different scenes excellent.

    I definitely recommend you watch it in theater.

      I agree with you about the artstyle, honestly I might just go watch it in theaters with some friends, I’ve been waiting for digital release (which will probably happen some time in August)but maybe I’ll see it early

    I regretted not watching ISTV in theaters. I loved that movie so much so I had great expectations coming in ASTV. Not to hype it up too much but expectations exceeded.

    I hope you got to watch in theatres too.
