I would like to know if there is something like iPhone “True Tone” or Samsung “Adaptive Color Tone” in AOSP or if there are alternatives to install.

    Not to my knowledge. But, you can use one of the vivid color profiles to partially replicate it. The boosted colours should help with outdoor visibility.

      I was looking for something adaptive, which would follow room light color.

    I’m on graphene and I have an ‘adaptive’ option under Display > Colors

      That’s not based on room light color and share the same white point of other profiles.
