Beautiful, definitely want to visit Eichstätt when i’m in the area.
The Altmühl valley is a popular bike or canoe tourist destination.
Useless information: The Altmühl is the slowest river in Bavaria.
Which is the reason why so many old people do bike tours here, sometimes in groups > 50 (people as well as age). Which is fun as the bike infrastructure is often outdated.
