You can run for office as a felon, you just can’t vote. I’m not sure that there’s any way a criminal trial would bar him from running. Hell he could even run from prison.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
