Interesting that Vegapunk put the snail in the Iron Giant. I wonder why he thought of that place compared to any other? I guess it’s durable because it is taking canon fire with no damage, but I doubt that will be the same when the Elders attack it.
That picture of Lily in the throne room does seem very suspicious. It feels like Imu maybe had a love/hate relationship with Lily. Maybe some type of failed romantic relationship or something?
Ooh, that’s a good point. I forgot that the robot was there without the WG knowing. Which I think also explains why we haven’t seen the Elders say anything about it either. Their reaction to the Giant is going to be interesting.

My best guess is because everyone thinks the robot got destroyed and if they don’t think it exists anymore it’s the perfect place to hide it
