    If they prey on the innocent. They shouldn’t be deported. They should be in prison.

      @uzi @OnlyTakesLs I’d be okay with amnesty if the border is secure, with the caveat that there is mandatory deportation for any illegal immigrant convicted of a crime before their legalization (most violent illegal aliens don’t chill in the #USA for seven years and then all of a sudden decide to be violent)

      I say make every military age male into a POW, and deport the rest. If they refuse to state their country of origin, theyre POWs too.

        You could do that, there is no violate. They have no legal status in the country, thereby they have no legal protection.

        I assume that you would never do that to someone who went to the border, got their passport stamped, and walked in, because they would have a record of their legal entry.
