    Wow, I’ve seen flowers in cooking, but usually just as decoration and you can eat them, but most don’t. That looks like the flower is actually a core part of the dish. How was it?

      marguerites aren’t as good as some other flowers, like capucines for example. I had to cut a couple of plants today so we ate them as part of this quick dish. Nutrition and color more than taste.

      in spring and summer we often do eat flowers. “wild flowers” grow everywhere and it’s easier to eat them than fight them as “weeds”
