Asian hot pot with rice
Top: This was Coles version of an Asian hot pot so not authentic at all but it was still good. Bottom: I sauted some veg. Would recommend.
Grilled Sea Bass, Brussel Sprouts n Bacon, Arborio and parm. A bottle of pinot noir split among friends
Battered and fried flathead with home made chips for the adults. The kids wanted pizza, so I made a couple of bases and did a margarita for Miniest and a pepperoni and pineapple one for the Elder.
