    Depends on if the publisher is scummy or not. BG3 and Elden Ring were $60.

    Even then tho, this game was $60 back in 2010. Releasing for the same price 14 years later is insane, not even EA would pull that.

      I mean, technically, it’s cheaper now because of inflation, but that’s more pedantic than even I care to be

      but yeah, last few nintendo games have been $70 I think so there have been rumors that it’s the new norm for the big N

        Last few? I just browsed the front page of the Eshop and there was only one $70 Nintendo title.

          I know totk was one, I guess I just assumed that a few more had come out at that price point

        Eh, the inflation argument never moved me for a variety of reasons. But either way, if that’s true then the first part of my comment applies.

        Yup with inflation the $60 would be somewhere between $80-85 dollars equivalent in buying power.

        So its technically cheaper. $60 today is $40-45, 14 years ago.
