Incandescent light bulbs are officially banned in the U.S.::America’s ban on incandescent light bulbs, 16 years in the making, is finally a reality. Well, mostly.
Thought LEDs can do this too
No/it depends on the board design.
Even if it’ll give you different brightness the behavior in weird conditions is different and it’s not diagnostic or protective and you can’t drop in lower wattage bulbs for testing and tv work.
