I see Batman Arkham City GOTY is on sale on Steam. Is that one objectively better than the others?

Asylum for me as I don’t really like open world games, there is a lot more to keep you busy with in City though, even more so with Arkham Knight. They’re all excellent games and the collection on sale for £7.50 is an outright steal.
