I can recommend the “Machete” order: 4 5 2 3 6 (omitting 1).
The Machete order puts 2 and 3 between 5 and 6 to create a “flashback origin story” of sorts for Vader, and then concludes with 6.
I wonder if there is an order plus fan edit that makes it look like the reason Ani turned Darth was because of Ashoka leaving the order?
Like New Hope, Empire, select episodes of Clone Wars, edits of Clone Wars and Revenge to remove Padme (can anything from Ashoka series be inserted?), then RotJ.

It also makes Anakin’s relationship with padme look much less horrible, though anakin is still a whiney kid.

That’s a terrible watch order. Why would you start with Revenge of the Sith?
I just rearranged the Episodes so that they match the word order from yoda (for OCD reasons).
