I would agree. Biden has had some really solid appointments overall (Love me some Lina Khan), but Garland has just not gotten the job done.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
