Often my solution is to create a “todo” list, and organise it by priority. Knowing which are the most pressing matters makes at least me less willing to procrastinate them.

I used to live in a city where 8 months of the year is around 30 degrees. No car. I would have multiple shopping trips instead of hauling big ones.
