The album has some thoughts with the pictures, but bottom line, it was hard work, wasn’t as difficult as I was imagining from the guides, but it is definitely something that has to be done right, cold, and fast.
I opened the vent for the bathroom all the way the day before and kept the door closed so the AC could help chill it.
I think next time I’ll try a drywall mixing paddle instead of a paint mixer, but with plan on just using this pvc pipe again, it worked pretty good.
I don’t think I had enough water the first few washes, the filters do slowly clog up if you don’t rinse them fast enough. So I had a few spills from the filters not allowing water through and it spilling out.
All in all, fun and I can’t wait to weigh it to see what I got! But yeah definitely need to try and make it less physical next time.
I believe he intends to press it into live hash rosin. The gold standard of dabs, in my humble opinion. I think he also plans to make his own carts and smoke them that way (if this is the same guy I saw post the other day). He’s doing the Lord’s work.

A dab you need a specialized rig. You heat up a glass “pot” with a torch and drop your rosin/hash in and the heat instantly vaporizes it.
Yeah carts is short for cartridges, they are called 510 carts specifically for their thread pattern. You screw it on a battery that looks like a pen and discreetly puff almost anywhere. I don’t condone doing it inside bathrooms though, don’t be that person.
The carts are new, I think dabs are akin to the ol hot knifes, but you use concentrates instead of bud.

I mainly do edibles these days bc of my old asthmatic lungs. Hemp derived Delta 9 is legal in my state for now, but they’ve been talking about closing the loophole that allows it. Some long weekend car trips may be in my near future.
Dabs are INSANE. The first dab I did was shatter (translucent, super hard, ultra sticky resin) and one single hit made me lose the feeling of my body below the neck. It’s like smoking a whole big bowl in one hit. I can’t get that high anymore, the anxiety will give me a panic attack. It was awesome at the time, though!
Haha wow. That must have been intense. In contrast, last week I had a little too much of a lollipop and fell asleep like a big dumb baby. 😆
I miss it so. Nowadays if I drink a 10mg can of seltzer I’m super uncomfortable hahaha
