An incredible 2.2 million unique players played College Football 25 during its early access period, showing millions of people were willing to pay more to play the game early.
I’m not buying NCAA so I didn’t do it (and won’t do any ultimate team nonsense or pay at all for early access), but there was a bundle of the $100 NCAA and Madden deluxe editions for $150 on PS5, so only $10 extra if you were going to buy both.
Worth noting that a lot of the people buying are doing it because they’re playing the awful Ultimate team cash vacuum and they aren’t actually “spending extra” for early access and would have bought the same version without it.
