I didn’t really need a translator (guess that says a bit about me). But in the Bevis and butthead days, there weren’t a lot of episodes to choose from and a lot of them weren’t “tame” enough for syndication outside of MTV. So you would see the same 2-4 episodes all over the place.
My guess is that he’s complaining about them just rerunning the same episode constantly.
