    Agreed. Human agents make decisions with moral implications which are, at times, quite significant. While synthetic agents can mimic this decision-making ability, if they cannot adequately weigh moral implications in the process, then replacing human agents with them now is a mistake, perhaps the last we make as a species. That is why machine ethics merits far greater attention than it is given in both industry and academia.
