So apparently she’s a student who takes her underwear off to go back in time. The main character saw her nethers once and he can now go back in time with her and she’s made him her “closet” as it’s his job to handle all her underwear replacement since they disappear when removed in this manner.

I’d say you can’t make this stuff up but someone clearly did.
