Nope. Storing all of Google street view in one human’s brain takes a toll on you.

But seriously, if you haven’t seen him before, the guy is nuts. He has to come up with challenges to make geoguesser difficult for himself now:

If you just search for Rainbolt, you’ll find his channel. I think he must have more than one, because this one was from “Rainbolt Two”

the CIA would give him photos from known russian spies and within the hour he would track their location to the exact spot.

So he can track locations even if the shot is of someone sitting in a room in front of a white wall?

You say this, but people managed to find shia labeouf in a random location in tennessee from a picture of the sky.

Your question is asking if someone can be found by this guy even if there is minimal information about the location.

My example is one showing how even with very little information, someone can be found.

So i guess… it has everything to do with what you said.

I was questioning OP’s hysterical take that he could find Russian spies with his skills. If there’s a photo of someone somewhere you know is a spy, you don’t need a geo guesser anymore. I was just pointing out how idiotic his teenage thought process was.

directly in front of a white wall? Probably not, but even small clues like, a window to the outside can be beneficial.

Observe how the wall reflects sunlight : the paint gives off a blueish shine caused by a tiny amount of lead in it, around 3-5% -this is consistent with paints made in the URSS until 1985 and sold throughout central Asia. The paint strokes go in a NW-to-SE diagonal which indicates a preference of the painter for right-to-left script. We’re in Tadjikistan.
