I’m now declaring “some_guy’s Law.” It’s similar to “Betteridge’s law of headlines” in that it addresses news headlines that end with a question mark. It is as follows:
If the headline asks whether the 2024 bench of SCOTUS did something terrible, the answer is “yes.”
This court is illegitimate and should be ignored at all levels.
