    About damn time! It literally only exists for price fixing and helping landlords to fleece people for as much as possible.

    It’s basically economic predation condensed and made so easy to use that the only thing you need to bleed people dry to scientific exactitude is to pay your fellow predators 🤬

      They will argue it’s a price fixing recommendation.

      The landlords are the ones colluding. Personally I would like to see an estimate of economic harm caused by this activity and refunds issued to all renters.

        Yeah, that might have worked if not for the fact that you get banned from using it if you don’t follow all of the “recommendations”.

        It’s not helpful ideas, it’s mandatory directions on how to maximize profiteering.

        Personally I would like to see an estimate of economic harm caused by this activity and refunds issued to all renters.

        That would be a pretty good start, yeah.
