Put it in the fridge and the fridge softens the biscuit a bit so it’s not hard. When I make the normal size cake I’ll do the proper biscuit base.

Yes exactly. Just one whole choc ripple biscuit in the patty pan. Put the mousse on top. Put it in the fridge and the fridge softens the biscuit a bit so it’s not hard. When I make the normal size cake I’ll do the proper biscuit base.
