Guess I’m not buying that, either.

What is going on right now with more and more games including that heinous malware?

I won’t buy anything that has Denuvo in it… but I’m one person. This will continue as long as the general public doesn’t get outraged about their games including performance-killing, ownership-thwarting malware and EVERYONE stops buying that trash.

It seems kinda odd to add DRM like Denuvo to something like fighting game that needs consistent 60FPS, because if it ever dips below that there’s a 99% chance that Denuvo will have caused it and it will fuck over some high-level plays

This is mostly weird because putting Denuvo on Tekken is like having the Green Berets restrict access to a cardboard box full of hair clippings. Would any appreciable number of people even bother pirating it in the first place? You can get the Tekken gameplay experience by playing Cookie Clicker.

WTF are you talking about? Tekken 7 sold 10 million copies in its lifetime

Were 9.99 million sold back to the company like when conservatives boost shitty Ann Coulter books onto the NYT bestseller list?

Tekken has its own special place in gaming history due to being early in 3d adoption for fighting games. It was a trailblazer like DoA was for boob jiggle physics.
