      We should have a two-tier court system: one for actual people who have rights, and one for corporate non-people who don’t.

      The problem with this isn’t that it’s two-tier, it’s that the tiers are straight out of Bizarro-world and absolutely ass-backwards.

      These judges are handpicked and wholly owned by the corporations.

        Third party chosen by the employer. If your boss forces you to sign an arbitration agreement you don’t get to pick the third party. They do.
