Remastered Hunter never sat right with me. It was a little more believable that the original PS1 Hunter would be the kind of cat that would withold orbs from you, that they already had (which would be used to save the worlds), just because they wanted to play a game.
Yeah I agree, I feel like a lot of the characters in Reignited seemed a bit watered down in some way. The PS1 characters and voice lines just had this special charm to them that I find to be lacking in Reignited. If I remember correctly some jokes also didn’t land as well compared to the original because of the way they did the delivery.
