Lately, I’ve been having issues with a particular organization, who aren’t complying with requests to delete my data from their server. Ironically, they claim to be compliant with the GDPR. Even under such strict laws, companies seem to be violating them without willing to face any consequences. What good is the DPDPA, anyway?
