Does anyone here like the idea of a community to request abandoned communities, similar to Redditrequest back on Reddit where you are able to request a community here if it’s been abandoned. Wanna hear your thoughts on this and what you all think about this.

The function is necessary, but I don’t think it happens often enough for its own community. Does it?
Maybe chatting with our lovely admins on matrix is good enough.
As Clay_pidgin said, usually it’s fine to just post on c/main or DM an admin and we can easily make you a mod after we confirm the original mod is MIA.
I think it’s a good idea and could be helpful though I’m not really sure the volume of requests is there, at this point one could just DM the admins with the request, though I guess it couldn’t hurt to have it.
If that requires the attention of the user community that can be done here, otherwise you can probably DM an admin to get that rolling.
