I made an eggless salad today with blended silken tofu with nooch, salt, white pepper, lemon juice, kala namac, turmeric and put mashed firm tofu, celery bits, fresh dill in it and put it on bread. It was really good, extremely high quality and quantity protein and low fat. Highly recommend
I’ve found that red lentils taste kind of like eggs, when you cook them until they’re soft in salt water or ideally vegetable broth. 🙃
