Nope, Harry was an unintentional 8th soul fragment. Voldemort was striving for a 7-part soul, i.e. 6 horcruxes. I don’t believe they all existed simultaneously, since an early horcrux (diary) was destroyed before the latest horcrux (Nagini) was created.
