I think would be nice if there was a mastodon/lemmy instance (or similar) that automatically creates post for new videos so that there would be a moderated comment section with more sane users

Not an instance but maybe a bot
A separate instance would allow for separate users/communities per channel which would also lessen the load on other (smaller) instances
