I’ve just walked myself to a park with heaps of gum trees and although I can hear the freeway in the background, it’s still been so good to kick my shoes off and lie on the grass, feet touching the earth, looking at the leaves in the sky and hearing the commotion of garrulous lorikeets and kookaburras.
