Not saying it is not a problem, simply trying to figure out how much of a problem this is in comparison to other politicak institutions/countries.
In my experience, the EU is very thorough when assessing the adequate spending of the funding it gives to educational & cultural entities.
I don’t care about percentage. If I can use 100m to hire people to persecute fraud that would still mean 1.7b more money to spend on stuff.
