Pretty tldr explanation:
This skyscraper was unfinished for ~10 years near a road with not much else around. Since it was unfinished (and still looks bad when it was finished) it got the nickname i4-eyesore. This was made a few days before/during the hurricane and since it’s been in Florida culture for a while it makes sense to joke about it being on the Florida flag.
