Banned from telegram with no explanation.
I made a comment on one telegram channel about Ukraine. And almost immediately got permabanned from telegram.
Like wth. Why so heavy handed? They could have just banned me from the channel, why entire telegram?
Is there any recourse other than getting a new phone number?
It is undeniable that Ukrainian treatment is very fair. Look would US be giving out us citizenship to Iraqis or afghanis - there would be no Taliban. But Instead I believe it was all stick.
Ukrainians get citizenship and are not limited in any way - they can just leave Russia if they don’t like it. It is true - their movement is not limited nor do they stopped at the border.

But in short UK was very much a US geopolitical rival up until WW2. Britain lost its geopolitical status as a result of the WW2 and was heavily indebted and had no choice but to dismantle the empire. So Canada and so is Mexico - up to this point they are not in the position to threaten us. They are carefully watched as well, not allowed to build up the military, not I think they are in that position.
Would Canada try to join a hostile military alliance ( like Ukraine with NATO), I guarantee you - US would flatten it.
