Yup. For the record, when I say “underpaid” I don’t mean not paid a living wage, I mean paid less than they’re worth.
Buran is an old Soviet design, nothing to do with Elon, as far as I know.
I assumed he was just continuing the joke, so it’s important to remember that it’s always ok to steal from oligarchs.
