Summary

The FDA found bacteria-contaminated water and mold at a facility making Tom’s of Maine toothpaste.

Dangerous bacteria, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Paracoccus yeei, were found in water and some toothpaste batches.

These bacteria can cause serious infections. No recalls have been issued, but the FDA has requested action from the company.

Colgate-Palmolive is working with the FDA, adding safety measures, and says its products remain safe.

I stopped at the same time when their deodorant suddenly gave me severe chemical burns. Many people complained and nothing ever happened. Fuck Colgate.

What is it with all this regulation? I’ll be so happy when people are free to make their own choices based on myth and legend

Man I already need to find a new coffee brand since the one I like dropped off the face of the earth, now I need to find a new toothpaste too. It’s the week of changes for me it seems! If I had hair I’d try a new hairstyle lol

I enjoy Bones coffee, if you’d like a recommemdation. They have a sample bundle so you can try their different flavors without committing to a whole bag. Lots of coupons available online too.

Check out your local roasters! After you ask what toothpaste they use, they might also be able to help with your coffee problem.
