    Greenland is still mostly covered with water and that is a known, so the map is wrong.

    Also might be an amusing map if you look for water cover including water in the atmosphere. Only the worst deserts would show up.

          Greenland is frequently shown as ‘No data’ due to a lack of data reporting,possibly due to the low population idk. New Zealand gets left off maps frequently, which is why someone added it in a comment.

          The legend on this map is saying Greenland and New Zealand have no data, not that they will be above sea level or that it isn’t covered in ice. It is purely a joke about gaps in data.

          Somehow explaining it did not make it less funny.
