In California we gave them drivers license. Made sure they got paid well and had breaks with restrooms near. They got health insurance and their kids went to school. In return they improved our cities, our economy and paid taxes. This is the legacy of democratic reform. In Texas or Florida they are treated like dirt, the only way a republican knows how to treat someone.
