I should have followed up on this, but I purchased a year of nest whatever it’s called for the doorbell camera subscription so it could save the history. There was a great deal that was essentially half price for a year.
Then all of a sudden my nest subscription was cancelled even though I had a month left from my previous subscription. They said there was a problem with the payment. Never had any problems with my card before or after, but this one instance was a problem. Also, the deal I had purchased was no longer available so they wouldn’t just let me pay again.
Total bait and switch from Google and I should have followed up with a consumer agency to make them pay for that. I’ve been very anti-google ever since though.
Actually surprised and happy to hear this. I’ve kind of come to expect that Canada doesn’t really take on companies and just let’s other countries sort them out…
