My favorite related story is that Frankie Muniz suffers from long-term memory loss, so he doesn’t remember doing the show (specific moments become near impossible to remember if not recalled periodically). Bryan Cranston would call him up every couple of weeks and remind him of things they did during filming so Frankie wouldn’t lose the memories.
Amazing.
EDIT: I just read a clarification Muniz made in 2022. It isn’t a disorder (though he’s had nine concussions), his memory just sucks. The rest of the story still applies.
9 concussions as a lifelong actor holy shit what bad luck
He’s also a race car driver
Holy shit, you’re right
His best work so far is selling all that olive oil too.
I wish Bryan would check in on me every once in a while.
All you have to do is be on a hit tv show with him for several years
If you play your cards right he’ll even start a tequila brand with you.
hey bro/sis how’s life treating you these days?
- Cryan Branston
Not bad, not great. No need to be Cryan about me.
heehee
Man, it’s always great to read about celebrities not being complete pieces of shit.
Plot twist: Cranston needs a new Jessie for cooking.
Seriously, though, I’ve never gotten anything but good vibes from that guy, and I keep hearing from people who’ve met him that he’s a great guy.
Plus, his guest appearance in that episode of IASIP was fucking amazing - I think what we saw there was a combination of his best known characters, and they average out to something closer to his actual personality.
Who the smeg is downvoting this?
It’s gotta be Craig Feldspar
“Hey Bryan, how’s the meth business?” :)
A bit of correction is needed to the article.
The series followed an introverted boy genius (Muniz), his borderline abusive mother (Kaczmarek), and inept, immature manchild father (Cranston)
