USE CODE "PUCKGAMERSNEXUS" for 10% off ANYTHING on the GN store while it lasts: https://store.gamersnexus.net/ our ability to permanently ban advertisers and stand on principle for a better industry is funded by our audience's support. We need your continued support to make these time-intensive, resource-intensive investigative videos featuring experts. Grab one of our project & soldering mats, our e-waste inductor dice and Snowflake the cat dice sets, PC building mats, and more.
In this video, we investigate NZXT's "Flex" rental PC program and its pre-built rental PCs, including the NZXT Player One, Player One Prime, Player Two, Player Two Prime, Player Three, and Player Three Prime PCs, which regularly bait-and-switch the components under the same name, misrepresent or straight-up lie in marketing, brandish objectively and provably false FPS benchmark numbers, and leverage oppressive terms of service. NZXT jacks up prices and manipulatively calls them a "sale," it has you waive your rights to death or injury claims in relation to its service, and it rips off uninformed consumers beyond anything we've ever seen before.

This happens with every corporation after a while. Make a good product -> Get liked / recommended by the community -> Get big -> Get Greedy -> Make products shitty to maximize profit Also often add a ‘Get big’ can also be ‘Get bought’, product quality typically drops off of even more of a cliff if that happens. Another big indicator of a company that’s about to go to shit would be if they get onto the Stock Market, as once you’re in there, making sure that next quarterly profits are higher than the previous one becomes top priority above all else. Anything that takes profits without giving them more money will be dropped.
You missed the step between Get big and Get Greedy. They hire MBAs from other defunct companies.
