He has wanted X to be a bank since before PayPal. I imagine he will try again. He’s been frustrates with the FAA tracking his planes, and slowing down SpaceX launches. That will have to go. He’s been frustrated with the NTSB making it harder to bills and sell cars, so that will have to go too.
